Description

As a Process Control System Engineer at MXA, you will responsible for, but not limited to Quality/Manufacturing/Process Control System setup and configuration changes, system and process expertise, and timely support of system changes for them. You will collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, PQA and network/local team to develop, align and deploy a consistent back-end wide business process, system and change program.

You will participate in global efforts to standardize and optimize the effectiveness of process controls and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Required proficiency in project participating, data analysis and problem solving to drive issue resolution, product and process control, knowledge sharing and strategic alignment of system and processes.

It also has the potential to grow into a leadership role of change management team.

 

Responsibilities

Manage/maintain system setup and system configuration changes 

  • Assist in the setup of control systems to ensure accurate, repeatable, and standardized manufacturing processes via automation. Critical control system are RMS, ET, Sigma, SPCDL, SPACE, etc.
  • Actively coordinate alignment in terms of application/system configuration and standardization of feature usage in conjunction with peers at other sites and BE central teams.
  • Work with global stakeholders on alignment, optimization, and troubleshooting of business process, operation procedures and systems setup;
  • Deploy/Implement, test and configure system Changes as per requirements;
  • Maintain Security Access to Application Functions with cross function teams;

 

Setup and maintain process management systems to ensure accurate, repeatable, and standardized processes 

  • Understand the impact of changes requested and implemented to the systems or applications
  • Provide setup options to change requestors while adhering to area business rules
  • Maintain and keep up to date site procedures dealing with Change Management Systems

 

Provide system expertise and support for manufacturing systems, processes, and capabilities

  • Leverage knowledge, experience, and skills with processes and systems to provide timely solutions for problems and business change requirements.
  • Understand and routinely use system capabilities to collect, investigate, and support accurate reporting, data analysis, and metric tracking.

 

Maintain effective and efficient contributions to team efforts

  • Properly manage and effectively implement applications/systems, along with ensuring processes and procedures are properly tested, communicated, and deployed.
  • Identify and solve issues concerning data and change management to continually improve data and operational efficiency and quality.
  •  Manage individual work appropriately to provide help with team projects and deliverables.
  •  Work to produce a culture of quality awareness including risk management, problem solving, and data-driven decisions.
  •  Initiate and Participate in World Wide/Peer collaboration for efficiency and standards/BKM adherence.
  •  Support knowledge sharing within the team as well as mentor and train others on essential job and business skills.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent Knowledge of MFG systems & semiconductor Operations;
  •  Familiar with  MFG systems deployment, configuration, maintenance and process/automation related positions;
  • Strong communication skills, ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data and provide well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating engineering efforts across many different project groups.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science and Engineering and above;
