Major Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the manufacturing support, evaluation, trouble shooting and installation of automated manufacturing equipment.
  2. Prepares maintenance procedures and policies, establishes support infrastructure, identifies and tracks equipment deficiencies and designs/implements improvements.
  3. Interfaces with test/process engineering and maintenance to develop and support new processes and applications.
  4. Monitor process efficiency, OEE and makes recommendations for improvements.
  5. Supports evaluation of new technologies and equipment for improvement of current techniques or implementation of new process techniques.


Qualifications:  

  1. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Be familiar with ATE test platform.
  3. Understanding of electronics circuit, structure, function and the reliability of the test equipment.
  4. Excellent problem analytical ability and English communication skills.
  5. Familiar with ESD management is a plus.
