Job Description

As the Customs Clearance Associate, your major role is as stated below in the major responsibilities but not limit to that. Your work will be guided by project steps, work area or team objectives and you should follow broad instructions to solve problems of limited complexity and consults others to resolve complex problems

 

 Major Responsibilities:

•Work in a clearance team to process the daily declaration in Customs

•Interface with Xian authorities and bureaus on day-to-day equipment and product clearances

•Related Certificate application for import and export clearance

•Customs Handbook registration and maintenance supporting

•Data input in system and document filing etc.

•OT work and Day time shift schedule to process import and export shipment

 

Qualifications:

•Colleague degree or above with good verbal and written communication English skills

•Minimum 3 years China custom clearance and handbook experience or fresh graduate with bachelor's degree

•Employment experience with MNCs in a similar function is preferable

•Prior experience / knowledge in EPZ process and related system is preferable

•Good command of English

•Familiar with the MS software, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP
