Handbook Specialist – 海关账册专员


Job Description


As the Handbook at Micron, your major role is as stated below in the major responsibilities but not limit to that. Your work will be guided by project steps, work area or team objectives and you should follow broad instructions to solve problems of limited complexity and consults others to resolve complex problems.



 Major Responsibilities:

  • Work in Logistics team to manage both Processing Trade Handbook and Equipment Handbook
  • Daily Handbook registration and maintenance, local Scrap, left over handling etc. 
  • Coordinate and handle Handbook reconciliation and related data analysis
  • Support supervisor’s instruction to promote process and update procedure
  • Internal and external contact window for Handbook related issue, instruction or solution for Customs declaration Model
  • AEO Audit internal and external,Customs policy training
  • KPI report, Data summary and analyze etc.
  • OT work and Day time shift schedule to support import and export shipment if needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree and above with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years International Logistics and Customs declaration work experience experience
  • Minimum 3 Years Handbook Management work experience
  • Prior Customs Declaration Certificate/Customs Declaration level Test
  • Prior experience / knowledge in EPZ process and related system
  • Good command of English in Written and Oral
  • Familiar with the MS software, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SAP
