Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Micron Technology Inc., you will work with the talent acquisition team that provide end-to-end recruiting solutions to customers. You'll have the exposure to the most sophisticated talent acquisition solutions, including artificial-intelligence (AI) tools, advanced industry recruiting practices, and the opportunities to work with global counterparts. The key focus for you and the team is to provide effective and efficient talent solutions, deliver outstanding services to business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting process and provide local leaders in talent acquisition solutions for Micron sites.
  • Assist China TA Leader in building positive relationship with the customers by understanding their talent needs, providing strategic hiring recommendations, and influencing stakeholders as a trusted talent advisor
  • Work with business to identify future talent needs and proactively plans and develop strategies to source for such talents
  • Sound knowledge of business, expert in area of focus. Articulates and uses knowledge to advise business and develop plans
  • Perform direct sourcing of talent through relevant pipelines and establish new pipelines from passive candidates to meet demand for talent.
  • Sell and negotiate effectively to attract talent and manage expectations
  • Manage recruitment channels, events and country/ global projects
  • Provide recruitment counsel and mentorship to hiring managers and People Org professionals with hiring and employment data
  • Participate in global/ regional TA leadership communities in driving recruiting initiatives; Lead various global initiative and local projects, including Workday, campus hiring activities, intern program management, university relationship and diversity hiring

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 8 years of working experience in HR with extensive recruiting experience in China. Xian experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree above, Human Resource Management or related field of studies.
  • At least 5 years’ inhouse HR working experience, with project management experience. Passive candidate sourcing experience in Semiconductor or high-tech industry will be a plus
  • Experience in lead/ mentor junior staff and the strong desire to build and lead a team
  • Abilities to work with all levels of stakeholders, and can establish relationships and effective networks
  • Good communication skill in English and Chinese, growth mindset, fast learner, good analytical skill, customer oriented, and outreach of talent network through various innovative initiatives.
  • Result driven and committed to set goals, resourceful and innovative in solutions who embody Micron core values (People, Innovation, Tenacity, Customer Focus, and Collaboration).
