As a Global Quality (GQ) Automotive Systems Quality & Reliability Senior Manager for Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for driving Automotive Quality Programs and activities for Non-Volatile-Memory (NVM) Quality to ensure best in class quality performances, compliance to standards, continuous and strategic improvements programs towards zero events at Automotive Customers. In addition to deep collaboration across Global Quality organizations, you will work with various internal teams including Engineering, Manufacturing and Development groups across Non-Volatile Automotive ecosystem to ensure necessary actions are taken to meet specific projects and process requirements.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Drive Automotive Quality Programs for NVM Quality Organization
  • Partner with Automotive Business Unit, Automotive Center of Excellence Manufacturing Organization (FE/BE) and NAND, Firmware and System Development
  • NVM Automotive Quality Champion for A-Spice for Systems (mNAND, SSD)
  • NVM Automotive Quality Champion for ISO 26262 for Systems (mNAND, SSD)
  • Drive consistency across sites and NVM teams for Automotive best practices implementation and programs (KPI, Lessons Learnt, …)
  • NVM leader for Automotive Steering Quality Committee (AQSC)
  • Drive Automotive Continuous Improvement programs within Micron and with Customers
  • Improve Business Processes
  • Drive Quality Culture towards zero events  

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years related experience
  • Management experience leading a distributed team
  • Management experience driving cross functional/site teams
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills, able to make decisions in complex situations
  • Ability to delegate tasks and set priorities in a team environment
  • Experience working in a sophisticated technology company
  • Significant experience with advanced NAND flash and non-volatile systems (mNAND, SSD)
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm
  • Fluent English in speaking, writing and reading

 

Education Required:

  • A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related
