Job Description

- Process change and tool release review and approval

- All GCP classification correctness assurance and timely alignment with global.

- F11 Change management presentative for audit and global request.

- Accountable for global change management PKI CPM (Change Point Monitor), TTA (Time to Active), IDR (Inline Data Review) and successful conversion.

- Response for GCP IDR TAT and report quality

- Zero excursion from conversion or tool release

- Optimize pFMEA and manage control plan for each failure mode

- Drive CPH enhancement

- Fab attribute management

- SWR review and trigger rules monitor.

- Audit RACB execution and monitor. 

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

Define and execute the strategic direction of Management of Change.

Drive consistency across all business management systems relating to product quality

Collaborate with Fab team members to focus the organization on coordinated changes and sustainable methodologies that meet internal, corporate and customer expectations

Manage MES applications and ensure proper governance of access. Ensure that MES executions are pertaining to business rules

Make use of new technology to enable automation for Management and Execution of change

Continually develop and drive effective metrics to drive the organization forward

Collaborate with WW Fabs CH to further strengthen Change Management teams and enable cross fab execution

Provide clarity, resources and career development opportunities for their team

Establish goals and develop timelines to allow the team and the fab to meet critical performance objectives

Manage all staffing, training, and personnel development of area team members

Develop challenging performance targets and ensure Line of Sight is communicated to individual contributors

All team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame

 

For business process and/or QMS component that one is responsible or accountable for:

a) ensuring the QMS/business process that is effective and conforms to requirements

b) ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs

c) reporting on QMS/business process performance and opportunities for improvement to management

d) ensuring the promotion of internal and external customer focus throughout the organization

e) ensuring the maintenance of the integrity of the QMS/ business process when changes are planned and implemented.

f) ensuring customer requirements are met
