F16 ADTT WET/CMP Department Manager is accountable for establishing and continuously improving the performance of the KPIs to achieve Best-In-Class performance. This includes overseeing activities related to new technology start-up, transfer and the technical support in collaboration with other departments and partners to achieve benchmark performances in Safety, TTMCY, CT and Cost. Your responsibilities also include establishing the Equipment Strategy/MTEP, managing new tech-node equipment install/release and MOR-POR Gap Closures.
As Department Leader, you will also partake in the selection, development and sustainability of a high value workforce, as well as technical and leadership development. also responsible for working with Technology Development, Operation Central Teams and Network Business Partners to ensure standards are created that meet the needs of the Fab and that these standards are implemented within the Fab effectively.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Drive for efficiency in all work processes
• Identify manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department
• Establish a proactive quality control culture within the department (SPC/FDC, etc.)
• Ensure effective change management is maintained (SWR, GCP, GeRM, etc.)
• Formulate and drive fixes for main yield issues across all products
• Drive process simplification projects and support RPT reductions to maximize Fab efficiency and costs
• Promote and model the use of systematic thinking processes
• Manage new tool purchases and qualifications with planning, production and process engineering
• Manage new process/product qualification and integration with TD, production and process engineering
• Provide feedback to TD on process improvements being made at site to help enable a more efficient transfer on the next node
• Coordinate with Central Teams to support global initiative, Copy Smart initiative and others as needed
Strategic Communication:
• Communicate department goals and areas of focus within your sphere of influence
• Provide department updates to review progress and future goals and objectives
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with global counterparts
• Communicate customer expectations to the organization

Performance Management:
• Create an environment of motivation to foster team members engagement to the fullest of their potential
• Develop a success management strategy and periodically conduct talent reviews within department
• Promote and exemplify a leader-led development culture within the department
• Advocate a performance management culture, monitoring the use of the performance management system within the department
• Drive the deployment of site values within the organization
• Monitor and manage the internal climate within the organization
• Foster an environment where “winning as a team” is a way of life
• Develop and promote technical expertise in the group by supporting attendance to conferences and seminars
Strategic Leadership:
• Remain current on business and industry knowledge; current and possible future polices, practices and trends
• Remain current on theories and practices of effective leadership
• Identify, develop, and implement organizational initiatives that drive benchmark culture
• Provide ideas and recommendations to site leadership on department initiatives
• Know the competition; be aware of how strategies and tactics work in the market place
• Create competitive and innovative strategies and plans
• Foster an environment where innovative thinking and intelligent risk taking is promoted
• Actively collaborate with global partners to reach aligned decisions
• Be visible in problem solving efforts; provide guidance for effective and timely resolution

Program Management:
• Drive a culture of project management within the department
• Prioritize and approve projects to align with OMT’s areas of focus
• Manage, measure and monitor projects to ensure deliverables and time frames are met
• Provide project resources and remove barriers
• Actively sponsor change initiatives within the sphere of influence
• Incorporate change management methodologies
Environmental, Health, Safety and Security:
• Exercise due diligence to prevent and detect safety and environmental hazards and violations
• Demonstrate support for EHS programs to reinforce a positive culture for EHS activities
• Demonstrate support for the execution of the EHS management systems throughout the organization
• Ensure required EHS training is completed
• Provide team members the resources necessary to fulfill their EHS responsibilities
• Clearly communicate expectations and enforce safety and environmental policies
• Promptly implement preventative and corrective actions when gaps in expectations are identified
• Communicate problems or concerns to the appropriate individual immediately
Education Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Related field of study
Experience Required:
• At least 3 years’ experience as WET/CMP manager
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in an Micron Manager position
• Thorough knowledge of the PEE team structure, standards and processes
• Demonstrated success in leading teams in defining and solving process problems
• Advanced and thorough understanding of the DRAM process
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Strong data analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to travel to remote sites for extended periods of time for training, information sharing, and implementation of systems to support the company goals is required
