Business Analyst for Host Requirements

 Work with Process Engineering  & Manufacturing to build process & equipment requirements for tool automation

 Evaluate tool software capabilities and understand the gaps or opportunities

 Consolidate all inputs, and build host requirements

 Communicate (written & verbal) effectively with IT developers on these requirements

 Lead the UAT for host deployment & follow up on issues during UAT


Maintain Process Management Data/Systems

 Work with global stakeholders on alignment, optimization, and troubleshooting of systems setup and operation procedures

 Manage GeRM Database

 Manage attributes/designators

 Implement and comply to established standards

 Manage Production Lot Flow

 Test and Implement Software Changes

 Maintain Security Access to Application Functions 

 Evaluate, maintain and Monitor MT_Groups


Facilitate Change Notification 

 Coordinate ECN Process

 Coordinate all changes in the GCP Business Process

 Coordinate SIGMA changes


Communicate Effectively 

 Keep stakeholders and team members informed of project status, progress, and roadblocks/opportunities.

 Offer and communicate strategic ideas and thinking to meet corporate objectives.

 Build effective external and internal relationships between Process Engineering, Manufacturing, IS, and other Operations Central Team to broaden influence and increase learning opportunities.

 Communicate relevant information to applicable WW groups - lessons learned, project repositories, summits, new technologies, conference proceedings, Best Known Methods (BKMs), and one-on-one site visits.

 Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge.

 Listen to customers’ and stakeholders’ input or feedback and act to maximize benefit to Micron and to meet corporate goals.

 Demonstrate cultural sensitivity. Show respect for different cultures and languages. Learn to pronounce names correctly. Speak English slowly and clearly when interacting with non-native English speakers. Invite feedback to ensure understanding.

 Use conference call etiquette and enforce during all meetings.
