(Change Management) Process Control, Data Collection, Traveler control, project planning, data accuracy & maintenance management to ensure that the product we create, deliver, support and maintain is of the highest quality.

             •  Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the MES, automation, and data collection tools through regular problem solving efforts

             •  Programs and solutions provided to allow knowledge capture/document all area/system business rules

             •  Ensure programs and solutions are provided that allow knowledge capture. Document all area/system business rules

             •  Ensure team members log or document project information, changes to systems, business rule area requirements

             •  Effectively communicate R&D requirements to MFG community and Central Teams to ensure systems are developed to capture R&D vs. MFG requirements in all areas of responsibility

             •  Ensure team members know and that their actions support a partnership with Fab operations, WW POR Practices, and Transferability, to proactively improve the area, offer solutions, and identify actions that not in support of driving down cycle time

             •  Ensure team members review area practices, setup, and accuracy of systems for optimum performance while meeting area requirements

             •  Expect team members to be very actively engaged with quality teams and take other opportunities to be seen as resources that can help improve Fab operations performance

             •  Identify and initiate projects to benefit the Fab

             •  Manages systems that ensure MES, Data, and Traveler is available to meet customer needs

             •  Provides reports on relevant Fab metrics in relation to initiatives of improvement or standardization
