Job Description

As Workforce Development Manager at MSB, you will lead a team of Workforce Development Engineers and Specialists in delivering learning / training solutions, tools and interventions to develop and improve the technical capabilities of Team members.           

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Partner with the Site Leadership Team to develop Workforce development strategies in support of the organization’s short-term and long-term goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of Workforce Development Engineers and Specialist to research and identify Learning / Training needs of the functional areas and develop, implement and evaluate learning / training solutions to meet those needs.
  • Partner with HR Services and other stakeholders to identify and fan out appropriate Corporate learning events at the Site.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the learning events and continuously improve training design and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to establish benchmarks and best practices that support the design of effective learning programs.
  • Oversee audits in the area of Workforce Development to ensure compliance with other internal standards and customer requirements.                     

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Knowledge and experience in Training / Workforce Development
