As a Wellbeing Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering worksite wellbeing using Micron’s online wellbeing resources, incorporating on-site programs, and leading promotions. You will have the opportunity to shape programming through content creation, and share new ideas with the global team.


The wellbeing specialist will work within the Global Health and Wellness team providing primary support to the Singapore Micron team members, delivering both local and corporate wellbeing programming, and maintain oversight of the onsite wellness spaces. Additional duties involve support of site team member events and activities, promotion of corporate wellness initiatives and general support of the mission of the Global Health and Wellness Team. The role reports to the Global Wellbeing Manager.



  • Deliver corporate wellbeing initiatives and worksite wellness promotions across Singapore. 
  • Provide site-level promotion, support and program expertise for team members and onsite HR team.
  • Deliver programs that support physical health, mental and emotional wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with HR team to deliver site level team member events and activities.
  • Provide site level support to other health and benefit programs as needed.
  • Solicit feedback from team members and leaders to ensure programs and offerings are meeting their needs.
  • Provide effective solutions for ensuring team members are aware of Health and Wellbeing programs, resources and opportunities.
  • Strong partnership with local Team Member Advocate to increase awareness of mental and emotional health at site through events, education, and core tool utilization.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include site leadership, HR team, Culture, TE Experience, D, E &I, facilities and the foundation. External partners include established vendors, peers, and community resources.
  • Participation in all onsite Employee Resource Groups.
  • Understand Micron benefits provided to team members, and where to refer questions about specific programs. ​Partner with Compensation and benefits team.
  • Contribute to driving team member engagement through creating opportunities to interact with TM’s onsite and virtually.
  • Facilitate information tables, teach workshop classes, and give educational presentations.
  • ​Understand all functions within Human Resources and determine how to complement other functional efforts.
  • Create and manage a Singapore Microsoft Teams page.
  • Conduct educational sessions and write regional wellness related articles.
  • Serve as a member of wellness committees/Sports and Recreation Committees at each regional site.



  • Bachelor’s Science Degree in wellness, psychology, health sciences or human resources 
  • 2+ years in corporate wellness, behavioral health, fitness related industry, health coaching preferred.  
  • Strong presentation and communication are a must.
  • Ability to travel within region.  
  • High level of emotional intelligence.  
  • Ability to work with executive level staff.
  • Experience in multinational company and tech industry preferred.
