Talent Acquisition Manager

 

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will strategize and deliver recruiting solutions to attract, retain and engage top and diverse talents to meet the Micron's growing talent needs in Singapore.  As an integral member of the Singapore HR leadership team, we believe that you will provide the key leadership needed to build deep Recruiting expertise in your functional area. You will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of recruiting and talent solutions by understanding the business direction and customer needs. To accomplish this, you will be required to be the key talent partner to senior business leaders and have the opportunity to lead the collaboration across the organisation.

 

Functional Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute hiring strategy to meet Micron's talent needs in Singapore
  • Collaborate with the global teams to deliver on programs supporting our global TA strategy and build locally relevant recruiting solutions that align to HR Mission and Vision.
  • Lead and develop the local recruiting team
  • Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to senior leaders

 

Govern Recruiting Programs and Policies

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliances and EICC Code of Conduct
  • Collaborate with global HR and recruiting teams to develop, deploy and maintain global programs in Singapore.
  • Process expert to manage key interdependencies between systems and processes.
  • Deploy and provide local knowledge sharing to develop global programs.
  • Identify, build, and recommend solutions in partnership with HR team

 

Support and Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain knowledge of local trends for recruiting.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiencies recruiting solutions locally.
  • Benchmark and assess performance levels as well as identify improvement actions from recruiting metrics.

 

Education/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Human Resource Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field of study
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • People developer capability to grow team members
  • Good organization skills and execution excellency
  • Process expertise.
  • High energy
