Senior Business Process Analyst

As a HR Business Analyst focusing on Global Time Programs at Micron Technology, Inc., you will provide the governance for time programs and policies through internal and external stakeholder collaboration to ensure regulatory and corporate policy compliance. You will also be responsible for supporting and driving continuous improvement for the time process and for evaluating the effectiveness regionally.

In this role, you will also foster strong customer and stakeholder relationships and lead functional communities to support the global direction.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Govern Global Time Programs and Policies
  • Innovate the process of data entry and workflow within HR Services
  • Coordinate activities related to HR data administration as it pertains to time
  • Maintain compliance with corporate data administration and security standards
  • Ensure that the HRIS system functionality meets business needs
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR time data
  • Handle the implementation of efficient workflows for time process
  • Facilitate the delivery of time data and administrative support to all HR groups
  • Ensure effective and comprehensive communication to all regional partners
  • Identify the regional needs and priorities in support of the global direction
  • Establish communication channels for functional community networking
  • Develop and demonstrate regional resources within the community to support the global direction
  • Provide consultation to the regional community and act as an intermediate critical issue point

 

Skills & Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience implementing and maintaining Workday Time and SAP Payroll business process in a global organization
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll Business Systems and Tools is a must
  • Expert-level knowledge of Workday Time Management functionalities and features
  • Completed at least one full SAP or Workday Time project implementation with hands-on experience in data conversion and integration
  • Experience on SAP Payroll and Workday time system for Singapore, China, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia and North America is an added advantage
  • Strong project management skills.
