Regional HR Business Partner/ Manager, HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner partners with the Site/Regional/Global HRBP(s) and works with business managers across multiple units within a business, region, function or site to ensure HR deliverables are met. He/She represents HR in business decisions; provides input into HR programs, initiatives, and service delivery strategy based on business needs.  He/She provides support in the deployment and delivery of HR initiatives and works with the Site/Regional/Global Business HR team on the HR strategic plan creation, alignment and implementation.

 

Responsibility 1: Partner with Site/Regional/Global HRBPs and leaders on people strategy and initiatives while maintaining strategic alignment with organizational priorities and HR

  • Partner with HRBP(s) to be the voice of the customer to HR and the face of HR to the customer - ensuring successful program & process development and deployment with HR Functions
  • Partner with HRBP(s) to bring the business back to HR - increase visibility to business; align HR team globally to business priorities and deliver relevant and impactful HR solutions to the business
  • Learn, leverage and influence HR best practices across Business HR team
  • Partner with HRBP(s) to drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations
  • Participate and represent HR in strategic business plan development and advise on implications of decisions
  • Partner in the development and implementation of the organization's HR strategies and programs in alignment with global/regional/site objectives. Translate local business requirements into HR goals and actions, in line with the HR agenda and regulatory requirements

 

Responsibility 2: Partner with HR functions to provide HR solutions to meet business needs

  • Be the voice of the customer to HR and the face of HR to the customer - ensuring successful program & process development and deployment with HR Functions
  • Bring the business back to HR - increase visibility to business; align HR team globally to business priorities and deliver relevant and impactful HR solutions to the business
  • Learn, leverage and influence HR best practices across Business HR team
  • Anticipate and address HR related trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, plans, tools and solutions

 

Responsibility 3: Partner with HRBP(s) on the implementation of HR strategies, programs and solutions

  • Partner with site, regional and global HRBP(s) to drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations
  • Participate and represent HR in strategic business plan development and advise on implications of decisions
  • Partner in the development and implementation of the organization's HR strategies and programs in alignment with business objectives. Translate local business requirements into HR goals and actions, in line with the HR agenda and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Business HR team(s) to enable alignment of HR solutions

 

Responsibility 4: Champion change initiatives, organizational values and culture; Enhances organizational leadership and effectiveness

  • Coach and influence Leaders – help leaders be great
  • Counsel senior business leaders on talent matters
  • Model and instill the Micron culture and organizational values within the business
  • Identify business needs, help lead organizational change initiatives and communication
  • Enable collaboration between leaders and team members
