New Product Introduction Engineer

Responsibility

• Coordinate New Product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with engineering departments to improve overall product yield and line performance.
• Manage new part type performance indices, analyse, identify and communicate opportunity for improvement to achieve Best-in-Class product cycle time.
• Optimize site inventory management through analytic methodology and education.
• Align business process, optimizing state-of-the-art scheduling logic, and setting up leading production report and indices.
• Apply manufacturing science concepts to line management and inventory scheduling
• Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation, interactive software/ interface, and innovative products

Requirement

• Masters/Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Industrial System Engineering or relevant experience
• Having additional knowledge/experiences in supply chain, data analytic, and coding (especially phyton) is a bonus point.
