MSB Senior/Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) Technician - Failure Analysis / Equipment Support

Responsibilities:

• Perform Physical Failure Analysis of Memory devices for enhancement of yield, quality and reliability
• Operate a wide range of analytical equipment (Scanning Electron Microscope, Focus Ion Beam, etc)
• Handle acids and chemicals for package and die level deprocessing
• Inspect and locate defects in package/silicon
• Perform periodic maintenance, basic troubleshooting problems on equipment, and liaise with external vendors to fix equipment as need arises
• Maintain programs (such as ETO) used to track equipment maintenance, and documenting all maintenance performed.

Requirements:

• Possess or pursuing Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, or Mechatronics
• Recognised Diplomas in other engineering field will be considered
• Possess good analytical and communication skills
• Hands-on experience on analytical instruments or equipment maintenance are preferred.  In-house training to operate analytical instruments will be provided
