Job Description

As an Assembly MAM Manufacturing Assistant at MSB, you will be responsible for supporting Assembly MAM related tracking issues, attribute update requests, MAM configure support for various groups. Additional responsibility include supporting MAM on configure MAM Process.     

Responsibilities and Tasks

Provide Manufacturing Attribute Support for Assembly

              •  Use the Global Manufacturing Attribute application and process

              •  Provide information regarding attributes and their usage to users

              •  Approve, reject, and implement proposed attributes for the Assembly department

              •  Maintain positive working relationships with external Manufacturing Attribute representatives


Support Assembly MAM Tracking (Product Tracking System)

              •  Work closely with customers to address issues related to MAM Tracking

              •  Use ClearQuest to document any update of attributes to lot in MAM

              •  Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of the Assembly processes, operations

              •  Make sound decisions in regards to updating MAM attributes

              •  Provide excellent customer service in the areas of response-time and accuracy in meeting requests


Maintain Individual Effectiveness

              •  Seek feedback for personal development

              •  Serve as a resource and to provide direction

              •  Interact with production Managers and Supervisors as well as engineers, product techs and product planners to determine areas of need

              •  Follow company and department procedures and guidelines


              •  Diploma holder  

               •  At least 2 years’ experience in Assembly operations & any number of years’ experience in MAMTRACK, MAM Reports and Microsoft Excel    

              •   Ability to work independently              

              •  Good written and verbal communication skills.            

              •  Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills    

Working Shift

12 hour shift, 3 to 4 days a week, Days [ shift 8CDI]



Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 2 years working experience in the following:

Related field
Semiconductor Business
Semiconductor Manufacturing
Demonstrates good analytic skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Is a team player and works well with co-workers.
Demonstrates good hands-on approach to work.

Added Advantages
Performed Lab work using FIB, SEM or other optical instruments in any industries, including universities labs
Direct FA experience in assembly/test semiconductor manufacturing
