Job Description:

As MOD SSD NPI planner, you will serve as critical link between PE planning and site NPI engineering group. You will work to provide a commit plan on all NPI line items, taking into account priority, capacity, material availability and manufacturing readiness. You will need to communicate effectively to on all special requirements for every build. 


Job Scope:

  1. Understand NPI build forecast and priorities and ensure delivery dates are met
    1. Attend SEM meeting
    2. Lock site resources for fresh builds, pull from CTO inventory and reworking
  2. Work out material availability
    1. FSIG to MC33 movement
    2. Non-ND BOM parts - escalate to ISM if there are shortage
    3. Maintain and publish offline materials
  3. Roll out PO according to BID requirement
    1. Check material availability
    2. Manage kit attributes as required.
    3. Tag SWRs for PO
    4. Issue PO
  4. Comunication to PE Planning of line item progress through infopath and MUNPI
    1. PO number
    2. Status
    3. SWR
    4. Ship doc numbers + ship quantity
    5. Own all MCD dates in MUNPI
  5. Keep track of performance to schedule for line items



  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any engineering discipline
  • Prefered 1 year experience in Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently in a very fast paced environment and adapt to daily changes
  • Strong spreadsheet skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects
