Job Description

The Manufacturing Central Team PEE RDA Engineer will be part of a team to develop world class RDA Equipment Applications to enable a world class Detection program

 

Responsibilities :

  • The MCT CPEE RDA Engineer will be part of a team to develop best in class global RDA applications through close partnership with the fabs in the network, R&D and suppliers.  He will be a key stake holder in Defect Program to deliver and fanout BIC inline detection methodology in a timely manner.
  • The engineer will be part of the team to work with the KEG, R&D, and Procurement to create new frontier in RDA process. SEP (Supplier Engagement Program) will be one of the key strategy to enable this due to their experience worldwide as well as knowledge of their tools, the engineer will be working closely with the suppliers to encompass these knowledge into the BIC inline detection methodology.
  • The engineer will work together with fab as a team to solve problem.
  • The engineer will also fan out and align the best known RDA methodology across the fabs in the network.
  • The engineer must also be willing and capable of international travel, including EIBT assignment to 6 months as needed, to accomplish the goals

 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in RDA with RDA equipment background
  • Good leadership skill in mentoring and managing the performance of teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills and good decision making.
  • Proven ability to make decisions, multi-task, and troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills including team and individual development
  • Able to manage global projects effectively and efficiently
  • Good teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally.
  • Measure self for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Able to travel and short term assignment oversea (up to 6 months)
