MCT – Business Process Analyst


As a Business Process Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc., you will specialize in bringing change to organizations through the analysis, design and implementation of business processes. You will be responsible for identifying the current state of processes, eliciting information about processes, documenting process models, and facilitating workshops with stakeholder groups to design or improve business processes. While conducting process analysis you will identify impacts and linkages to the business strategies, organization and its people, data and systems, business policies and business rules. You will also be responsible for developing deployment plans to enable the successful implementation of processes to enable manufacturing capability and competitiveness.


Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Apply the essentials of Business Process Management; develop macro level process diagrams, process operating models, collaborate with process owner to define the purpose and vision of the process and how it relates to the process enterprise model.
  • Develop process documentation; process flows and document overviews, context diagram, responsibility matrix, metric model and alignment.
  • Utilize elicitation techniques to design and improve processes and project objective goals.
  • Facilitation, communication and team collaboration working with stakeholders globally and virtually.
  • Conduct process analysis activities and identify issues with BPM technologies.
  • Keep existing process models in compliance and up to date. 
  • Define improvement approach to design and facilitate business process improvements through workshops and whiteboarding sessions. Work closely with project manager and workforce development to implement process, training and change management.

    Education: Bachelors in related field of engineering, business and/or social sciences
