As Global Facilities – Manager/Senior Manager of Integration & Programs, you will be an integral member of the Global Facilities Innovation and Integration Group responsible and working with Facilities Leaders to manage integration and programs including communication and change management. You will be responsible for managing programs that consists of multiple complexity to achieve specific business goals while ensuring balance in allocation of resources. You will assure accurate design and tracking of programs to predict results and outcomes critical to success. Analysis of program progress in terms of root cause analysis, pay-back assessment, risk, resources consumption, interdependencies and gaps are also key functions of the program manager responsibilities


In this role you will need to work closely with Teams from Global and Site Facilities, Global EHS, Global Procurement, Corporate Finance, Risk Management and Manufacturing Central Team, as well as external industry agencies and consultants to fulfill the position and group responsibilities.


Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Support Integration roadmap to achieve best-in-class benchmark
    • Support development of integration strategies for all core programs to achieve best in class (BIC) benchmark on all core metrics
    • Collaborate with Facilities Leadership Team to create roadmap and program management structure for integration strategies execution
    • Strengthen change management, risk management and continuous refinement of integration strategies and execution towards BIC
    • Strengthen collaboration with site and global partners to ensure alignment strategies and optimization resources across the network and business units
    • Develop tactical and strategic plans for all the core programs for successful integration and roll-out to cross the network


  • Support Program Management roadmap
    • Develop Program Governance framework for all core Global Facilities Programs alignment with company strategic objectives covering but not limited to Reliability – Excursion Prevention, Zero Based Analysis, PAC Management and other critical business plan driven programs
    • Develop and balance resource allocation with benefits for the respective programs throughout program cycle to allow prioritization and approval of programs to align with strategic plans
    • Collaborate with Site and Facilities Leadership team to proactively manage execution risk of business plan and ensuring line-of-site towards BIC
    • Lead refinement and continuous improvement process of business planning for the core programs
    • Drive a culture of program management and BKM practices across the network
    • Lead the management, measurement and proactively removal of barriers to ensure programs deliverables can achieve successfully

    • Plan and schedule program timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel



  • Required:    B.S. Degree in Engineering or Facility related field of study



  • 10 years’ experience in Facilities with minimum 5 years in managerial role
  • Strong interpersonal skill set, ensuring clear and sound communication
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Capable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materials
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Experience with Share Point is a plus.
