Global MFG IT Operation Program Manager

We are seeking for:

A Global MFG IT Operation Program Manager who will be responsible for working with IT teams to manage projects and programs that require MFG IT operations support globally, including communication and change management. You will be required to work with projects sponsor and stakeholder to initiate, develop, align and tracking of execution plan. Analysis of program progress in terms of root cause analysis, risk, resources consumption, interdependencies and gaps are also key functions of the program manager responsibilities. Your responsibilities include the facilitation of the Global Factory IT Governance and Finance meeting to drive for collaboration and effective execution of the Capital and Operation expense to plan. You will also be responsible to provide overall program status updates to the IT Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

Partner with Program Teams and Stakeholders to meet IT strategic objectives

  • Understand Global IT Projects requirement and plan
  • Identify MFG IT Operation Stakeholder and manage expectations
  • Collect and document MFG IT Operation Stakeholders Requirement
  • Facilitating Reference Architecture Roadmap Reviews
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts
  • Align, manage and report outcomes
  • Provide update at IT Staff Meetings

Oversee Global MFG IT Operation Governance

  • Drive Global Factory IT Operation Resource Analysis, Governance and Financial Meetings
  • Drive consensus on aligned solutions across MFG IT operation teams
  • Managing Micron IT Applications Eco-System Support

Requirements:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience with minimum of 3 years’ in a managerial capacity
  • Demonstrate concise and clear communication skill (written and verbal)
  • Strong Project/Program management skills with Proven competency in managing cross functional projects and system implementation
  • Critical Thinking/Problem Solving skills
  • Good organization and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient Business Process Management Principles
