We are looking for a Scheduler to join our dynamic Finished Goods Team!

Responsibilities

  • Packaging material inventory management
  • Coordinate with 3PL on inventory management activities like cycle count, FIFO, containment
  • Coordinate and train 3PL in new processes
  • Coordinate and work closely with 3PL for process compliance
  • Coordinate with warehouse to prioritize and complete all shipment before cut off time
  • Close monitoring of daily operations to ensure all requests are promptly followed up by 3PL
  • Provide first level of support to 3PL on operational issues and feedback/escalate to leadership when require
  • Coordinate between Micron (CND, QA, Finance, sales, OF, TSP, MFG, Planning, etc) and 3PL personnel on operational issues when required
  • Participate in regular internal audit to ensure process compliance
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Review and provide feedback on procedures and job-aid changes
  • Prepare regular report like cycle time, aged wafer inventory reports
  • End of day wafer map processing for Micron wafer sales shipment to customers
  • Ad-hoc reports or data collection tasks may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in any discipline preferred.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Able to follow-up closely on issues with an eye for details.
  • Equivalent Knowledge of PC applications, such as Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Good team player
