3D XPoint TM the Emerging Memory Group at Micron that offers an entirely new class of Non-Volatile Memory technology , seeks aspiring individuals to be part of the dynamic, multi-functional organization and contribute to the success in the future of this Emerging Non-Volatile Memory technology.


As a Product Engineer, you will be part of a team which interfaces professionals from various departments such as Technology Development, Manufacturing and Global Quality. You will be responsible in the development, validation, characterization and qualification of the next generation of 3DxP memory products which powers our customers’ innovation. You will innovate to resolve design, manufacturing, performance, yield, quality and reliability issues through simulation, volume data analysis and hands-on debug using automated engineering or production test equipment.

The most suitable candidate has working experience in memory or processor in a capacity of either component, SSD, test, probe, yield enhancement and reliability engineering.



  • Define and develop test flow and coverage in compliance to datasheet and system requirements.
  • Monitor and improve yield or speed performance at respective test steps.
  • Determine fail mode for yield or speed performance issue through in-depth electrical failure analysis using bench and production test platforms, Verilog simulation and volume data analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams at both component and system level in resolution of yield/quality/reliability issue. 


  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical Engineering 
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Python/UNIX/Matlab/C++ is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of CMOS device physics and circuit design is an added advantage
