Job Description

In this role, the employee would work closely with headquarter central segment marketing team for target market segment strategy/direction/focus alignment, and to align with headquarter product marketing team and influence on product pricing/supply/roadmap direction as well to collect market intelligence including but not limited to market environmental climate, industrial trend, technology migration, competition landscape and feedback to central market. The employee needs to lead the teamwork in mutual ways (top-down & bottom-up) with central segment and product teams, meanwhile, on the other hand, the employee should support field sales and FAE team for strategic and APAC wide customer pricing and supply request issue, own the discussion with sales and customer for a resolution, or articulate the critical issue to central marketing pricing and product supply team for support in order to win the deal and/or set tone for sales to customer’s request. Collectively, the employee would play a pivot role in leading assigned segment business in APAC region by working closely with central marketing/product teams and field sales/technical supporting team to achieve the assigned regional revenue and design win goal.

The work location can be either Shenzhen or Shanghai.

 

An ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 10 years of Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, FAE working experience in consumer products (STB, Digital TV, Home Networking, …) related industries.
  • Familiar with semiconductor industry ecosystem / supply chain landscape / design-in process
  • Proven record and/or working experience in multi-national company
  • Strong communication skill and cross functional teams coordination ability with proven record in related job function experience
  • Self-motivate and great problem solving orientation
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English
  • Ability to travel on a frequent basis
