This position leads and drives sales revenue growth for Crucial Branded Products specifically through target SIs, B2B customers

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships on all levels within assigned/target accounts
  • Champion the accounts at all levels internally and externally to balance customer and Micron needs and profitability
  • Work closely with Disty regarding shipment, inventory level, RMA, etc.
  • Achieve high sales quotas, targets and growth goals
    • Maintain current customers and increase our share
    • Develop new customers
    • Call for all the supports internally and externally to solve problems
  • Be responsible for all the customers’ requirements
  • Always open/look for to new opportunities
  • Generate and execute new ideas
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive activities and pricing

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years working experience with SI/B2B sales, specifically Server DRAM, SSD, HDD or PC peripherals.
    • Deep knowledge of local SIs/B2B Corporate operation models and culture 
    • Good network with target SIs for Server DRAM and SSD business
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Analytical and project management skills
  • Polite, friendly and diplomatic demeanor
  • Problem solver
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive activities and pricing
  • Ability to generate and execute new ideas
  • BS degree, English communication is a plus
