ü Be the technical contact and lead for Micron Key Customer in China.

ü Provides technical expertise and value to customer who integrate company products with their own. Proactively work with sales and internal engineering teams to identify, develop, win, and execute new and existing business opportunities. Develop and build strong technical relationships with customer engineering and development teams in order to identify new opportunities / design wins, ensure smooth design-in / qualification, and quick response / solve technical problems.




ü Work with China key customer to attain design in/wins and qualification of Micron memory products in their applications.


ü Provide technical support to customers and the field sales force. Support includes applications advice, product recommendations, and technical problem resolution.


ü Visit and/or contact customers to determine their needs for new products and/or features.


ü Work with marketing/design engineering to determine the feasibility of specific new products and generate design objectives in the form of functional specifications.


ü Provide product training to the field sales force and customer.


ü Work with QA and marketing team to review and respond to product specifications and technical questionnaires submitted by customers.


ü Identify and communicate the need Marketing Communication literature (e.g., product guides, cross references, advertisements, etc.).


ü Co-work with Field Quality and internal team for customer quality issue handling and FA supporting.

ü Bachelor Degree or above, electric related major are preferred.
ü 8+ working experience in the industry (design, test, qualification, etc). Familiar with Server/PC system and/or memory technology is a preference. 

ü Good oral and written English, be able to use English as working language. 
ü Hard work, good teamwork and communication skills.

ü Ability to travel for initial training. Occasionally travel afterwards for ongoing training.
