Job Responsibility:
The individual in this position will be responsible for the customer service and sales account support for an assigned territory;  the execution and ownership of the order management including order entry, order related availability, backlog management, hub inventory management, return authorizations, pricing, quoting, and forecasting.

1.      Order Processing:
Entering orders and workflow processing in SAP timely and correctly to reduce rework and improve on-time delivery.

2.      Price Management:
Communicate and update price changes on backlog/price lists accurately and timely.

3.      Backlog Management:
Ship the customer product on-time to the correct place and at the right price.

4.      Hub Inventory Management:
Ensure the correct amount of product is available for the customer while minimizing stock-outs and aged inventory.

5.      Quote Management:
Issue timely delivery of pricing and lead-time information to enable first call effectiveness in booking the order.

6.      Complaint Handling Coordination:
Provides, if needed, immediate action on all customer complaints received and assigns owner/s for the complaint resolution

1. Bachelor's Degree required
2. Experience with Windows based applications
3. Familiar with SAP / ERP / EXP system
4. Excellence in reading and written English.
5. Good team player
6. Result oriented and problem shooting capability
