Regional Channel Sales Manager, Korea

Job Description

As a Regional Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling CPG + Micron’s product portfolio to retail, etail and B2B customers. You will be responsible for increasing sales, market share, ensuring we are maximizing new design in opportunities, working to drive the best relationship with the customer at all levels with the appropriate level of Micron team members, train distributors on our products, hitting quarterly sales plan, marketing and promotion activities with partners and customers.


Responsibilities and Tasks

Responsibilities include but are not limited to 

  • Manage accounts to achieve account goals
  • Identify customer allocations/support programs to align internal resources required to support TAM, revenue and GM targets
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing; T and C specific to the customer and coordinate forecast; manage backlog, allocation; provide overall customer supply chain support
  • Manage customer relationships to establish broad and deep relationships at targeted customers
  • Travel to customer sites for business reviews as necessary to conduct business
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies with distribution partners and customers
  • Be able to react and manage customers through sudden changing business conditions
  • May or may not directly manage direct reports
