Web Operations Manager

The Web Team Program Manager works closely with GCM members, the business units, and other stakeholders to plan and execute digital programs and campaigns. They are responsible for planning and managing the execution of digital deliverables that meet the requestors needs within corporate governance and guidelines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend digital deliverables to support BU objectives by working closely with Corporate Communications and BU Marketing
  • Plan, coordinate, and delegate digital deliverables and tactics across multiple groups within GCM Manage communication of progress/status within core and external teams
  • Assist in defining use cases, target customers, metrics and legal requirements for programs
  • Ensure the web team is integrated closely with other marketing plans including PR, events, writing services, etc.
  • Serves as a SME for website campaign best practices
  • Works closely with research and analytics to collect data and report on the success of web marketing programs and make recommendations for future improvements
  • Prepares benchmarks on competitors and comparators websites and digital promotions to communicate to broader team
  • Supports Web Team in site upgrades, other programs, and production as needed

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
