Intern- Sales Analyst

As an inter on the sales analyst team, you will be responsible for enabling deeper customer relationships through customer and market insights.  The ability to transform data into insights about the customer and use those insights to enhance our strategy, will be a key deliverable.  Actively demonstrate Micron values with the customer and internal account teams to ensure market share and sales plan goals are met. Expand the utilization of your analytical skillset as well as your ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.  Our team’s focus is to continually strive towards our sales objectives, maintain exceptional customer experience, revenue optimization, account planning, and professional development.

  • Sales Plan Alignment and Achievement  

  • Sales Forecast Entry, Alignment and Analysis 

  • Business Intelligence – Customer Focused 

  • Transform Data into Insights to Drive Revenue Growth 

  • Customer Service Scorecard Improvements  

  • Price Negotiation Preparation and Maintenance 

  • Excess Inventory Reduction 

 

Desired Skills & Experience  

  • Ability to effectively communicate and understand customer’s needs 

  • Adaptable in a highly dynamic, fast-paced work environment.   

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and multi-task.  

  • Self-starter, Self-motivated, driven, dedicated, and willing to learn with a strong desire for team success.  

  • Ability to coordinate/lead cross-functional teams to build consensus on actions/deliverables 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.   

  • Ability to communicate fluently, English is desirable; additional languages are considered an asset.  

  • Advanced computer skills in Excel. Experience with ERP/CRM systems (ideally SAP, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Model N, Power BI) is a plus.  

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor degree
