Senior Manager, Executive and Sales/General Administration Recruiting

We are seeking a Senior Manager, North America and EMEA Talent Acquisition responsible for Executive and SG&A Recruiting. This key role will be primarily responsible for developing and delivering on a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract and hire the highest quality talent at the Director and above level.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the Executive TA Business with a focus on creating and driving a proactive, strategic executive talent strategy
  • Be a trusted partner who delivers programs for a consistent, scalable and amazing recruiting experience throughout the candidate journey
  • Utilize industry research and trend data to turn data into action and decide the best path forward in terms of talent strategy
  • Provide industry and talent expertise in areas of proactive and opportunistic talent networking, succession planning, organizational structures through market insight, and talent mapping
  • Create and monitor recruiting performance and adjusts strategy and processes accordingly for continuous improvement
  • Partner with diversity team, HR business partners, finance, legal, total rewards and TA leaders to collaborate on executive talent needs, pipeline, policy, and process
  • Hire, train, mentor, counsel and evaluate performance of direct reports

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of recruiting with a minimum eight years of executive recruiting management and strategy (or combination of recruitment and HR)
  • The ideal executive will be a change agent able to drive innovation in a complex and multifaceted environment
  • Excellent project management, program management and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership skills, both direct and indirect. Ability to work well cross-functionally and influence across the organization
  • Experience building talent acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement strategic sourcing, diversity initiatives, etc. required
  • Experience engaging with, and managing the performance of, third-party partners required
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic talent mapping and networking
  • Demonstrable ability to use data to optimize the recruiting processes, develop innovative strategies, increase applicant pipelines, and present findings to the executive team
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
