Director, Executive Recruitment

We are seeking a Director of Executive Recruitment to develop and deliver a recruiting strategy to attract elite talent at the VP/C-suite level. In this role you will be a working leader responsible for all aspects of executive recruitment from the identification of a need through the offer and hire of the selected executive.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and drive a forward-thinking diverse executive recruiting talent strategy
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative executive recruiting techniques in order to be competitive
  • Work with a high sense of urgency coupled with the ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic environment
  • Partner with executives to provide a consultative approach to workforce planning with proactive pipeline development to meet anticipated needs
  • Earn the trust and credibility with Executives and Key Stakeholders
  • Develop and execute diversity sourcing strategies and campaigns to attract passive candidates
  • Act as a trusted partner who delivers a consistent, scalable and outstanding recruiting experience throughout the candidate journey

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of executive recruiting experience with validated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success partnering with and influencing executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Responsible for the development and execution of creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to drive diversity hiring initiatives
  • Conduct proactive talent pipelining and sourcing initiatives leveraging industry expertise and relationships, as well as research/mapping
  • Extensive candidate management and negotiation skills in handling sophisticated executive offers
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to change
  • Experience managing a portfolio of agencies as an extension of the team to meet or exceed the performance standards
  • Strong organizational, project management, presentation, and high-touch customer service skills
  • Proven experience in establishing and implementing executive recruiting functions and processes
  • Highly motivated teammate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
