This dynamic role will be accountable for identification, development, and deployment of Micron's Employer Brand Strategy, seeking alignment across leaders inside the Global Talent Acquisition organization, and others (primarily HR, Global Communications and Marketing, and business leaders). As our leader in employment branding, you'll mobilize the strategy through efficient project management to enroll, engage and enable a global network of professionals involved in recruiting, recruitment marketing, team member experience, talent management and more.

 

Your charter is to design a robust, long term Employer and Talent Brand growth strategy, align senior leaders across the divisions / global regions, and ensure execution of a sustained EB Strategy. At all times you will be prospecting, evaluating and securing funding for new technology tools and innovative programs to enhance and enable the EB.

 

You have some phenomenal experience in the following:

•    Delivering first-to-market initiatives and testing new technologies; You’ll bring extensive experience with experimenting and executing new ideas and initiatives including digitalization, exceptional candidate experience 

•    Ability to translate clear, creative and critical thinking into strategies and actions

•    Using integrity and dedication in everything you do; you’ll be ambitious and able to lead large-scale projects and programs

•    You can demonstrate how you’ve worked with complex data sets to drive your decisions

•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior leadership, lead large numbers of partners, and ability to create and execute comprehensive communication plans

•    Insight and experience into recruiting would be an advantage

•    Strong project management skills are required

•    Strong Leadership Skills including leading to winning,  passion for excellence, change champions and people developer

 

Specific initiatives you can tackle:

•    Enthusiastically develop new ideas to create memorable moments that excite our candidates throughout their journey

•    Build relationships with Global Communications & Marketing to determine the right channels, campaigns, and sponsorships that we can bring to bear for employer brand purposes

•    Work closely with Recruiting and your key partners to develop, test and validate your ideas, then partner with other organizations as required to execute new initiatives

•    Help our company transform its team members into a population of brand champions and ambassadors, by developing Talent Advocacy into a high-performance machine!
