We’re seeking a highly motivated Contract Diversity Sourcer who understands technology and has a strong ability to build a diverse pipeline of candidates that represent a variety of cultures, backgrounds, and identities.



Responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand diversity requirements both technical and non-technical
  • Build a diverse candidate pipeline strategy through referral generation, online sourcing, networking, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Recommend creative and result-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipeline
  • Advocate for minorities, female candidates, people with disabilities and ensure equality across all business functions
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and maintain a tracking pipeline to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters



Minimum Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of proven diversity sourcing or diversity recruiting experience required
  • Strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges in building a diverse talent pool and the tenacity to overcome obstacles and challenges
  • Execute a diversity sourcing outreach plan and proven experience building diverse candidate pipelines
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and other sourcing tools (LI Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Experience using data analytics and metrics for reporting
