Facilities Electrical Engineer


MSB_ Facilties Electrical Engineer

Facilities Electrical Engineer will be responsible as a system owner on designated Facility Electrical System and Equipment for its operation, maintenance, and engineering.

Job Responsibilities includes
    •  Electrical System e.g. high/low voltage system, generator set,  thermal scanning, VSD, Transformers, switch boards, switch gears, etc.
    •  Provide support for operational issues and root cause analysis with standard problem solving  knowledge of the systems
    •  Analyze system capabilities and future requirements during scenario evaluations based on manufacturing capacity and demand.
    •  Support design reviews for base build systems in electrical area of responsibility ensuring specifications are met and cost reduction improvements are identified.
    •  Support tool install designs for the systems that connect to those tools ensuring specifications are met and cost reduction improvements are identified.
    •  Review and support capacity analysis for electrical systems 
    •  Identifies and evaluates risk analysis for electrical systems and proposes possible improvements and implementation 


Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS)
    •  Follow all EHSS procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards
    •  Ensure compliance of all facility equipments in accordance to regulations.
    •  Ensure compliance of daily activity in facility within the regulatory permissible limit.
Cost Reduction
    •  He / She is responsible for reducing costs associated within the area. This responsibility may include owning and completing cost reduction projects, identifying cost effective sustaining/manufacturing improvements, minimizing regular expenditures, and helping to promote a cost conscious culture.
