Job Title: Sales Manager for ZTE Account

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Be responsible for building and maintaining the good business relationship with ZTE customers. Take up the sales role for mobile/networking/consumer/storage business growth, identify new opportunities and driver design win activities.
  • Make and maintain customer forecast plan monthly with the input from the customer and better understandings of the marketing trends.
  • Work closely with business units, supply chain and distribution, to develop revenue and commercial win goals. Closely follow up the monthly customer support plan and push the delivery accordingly.
  • Make and maintain fiscal year account plan according to business units’ projections and support plan. Quarterly review and update the plan with business units to ensure smooth execution of the plan to target.
  • Coordinate global, internal resources (FAE/Marketing/CSO/CQE) to deliver consistent customers experience and improve customer satisfaction by supporting customers requirements and solving their technical/supply/quality issues;
  • Own and drive internal sales activities via company sales system (such as SalesForce, APO DP, SAP), including but not limited to MSR, forecast loading/maintenance, quarterly SIP targets, etc.

 

Qualifications:    

  • Good Sales or Marketing experience semiconductor related industries. Work experience with those main China OEM customers, such as ZTE , HW, etc, will be preferred. 3+ years sales or marketing experiences.
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationship and demonstrated negotiation skills which benefit Micron’s business growth.
  • Good experiences and skills to work with multiple locations/multiple countries/multiple function groups for team work and internal resource coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; CET 6 or above.

Education: 

Have a minimum BA/BS degree in marketing, business administration, political science, economics, computer science, or an EE degree.
