This position manages sales revenue growth in LATIN AMERICA & CARIBBEAN for Micron, Crucial, and Ballistix Branded Products specifically through Distributors to B2B and B2C Channel partners.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Create specific country growth plans for each of the assigned territory,
  • Develop positive relationships on all levels within assigned accounts
  • Champion the accounts internally and externally to balance customer and Micron needs and profitability
  • Lead, train, motivate channel partner account sales reps and marketing teams to promote and sell Micron brands with experienced knowledge
  • Achieve/Exceed sales quotas, key performance targets and annual growth goals
  • Schedule & facilitate weekly or bi-weekly conference calls with assigned accounts
  • Travel to assigned accounts for Business Reviews and/or trainings
  • Deliver sales presentations and strategy decks to C-level executives
  • Lead CPFR calls and forecasting
  • Manage interdepartmental relationships, i.e., Channel Marketing, Logistics, Credit, Order Management, Procurement
  • Discover and build new relationships within accounts resulting in new pipeline opportunities
  • Generate and execute new ideas


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years LatAM sales and marketing experience. Flash memory, DRAM, SSD, HDD or PC peripherals a plus.
  • Knowledge of markets in Central and South America.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Internet Browsing
  • Fluent Spanish and English, Portuguese a plus
  • Problem solver, analytical and project management skills
  • Tactful, friendly and diplomatic attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and run several different tasks at once
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive activities and pricing
  • Sales experience in value selling
