Are you looking for a career at a premier technology center? This job will be at Micron’s Manassas, VA facility where Micron will invest $3 billion dollars to construct a state of the art wafer manufacturing Fab and establish a global R&D center focused on Automotive and IoT memory products!

 

As a DRAM Product Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our future array circuit architectures and timings will be effective, consistent, and manufacturable across all DRAM products! You will work with Design, Process, and other Product Engineering (PE) teams to build circuits and define requirements to solidify our future DRAM scaling roadmap plans are successful.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • “Voice to Design” on array core design requirements.
  • Help build and identify requirements for array core solutions on future products and process nodes.
  • Develop strategies to support future process roadmap requirements through test chip definition and silicon validation.
  • Understand our competition trends, product portfolio trends and overlay with our circuit and product roadmaps.
  • Look for opportunities to drive competitive and ambitious advantages and to identify potential gaps that need attention.
  • Help lead standardization of key array circuits among all DRAM families and process nodes.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of Product Engineer, Product Yield Enhancement or Design experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Strong understanding of array core architectures and circuits; current or past circuit design experience a plus
  • Hspice, finsim evaluation knowledge for circuit performance and creation
  • Confirmed DFT/DFM understanding with knowledge of PROBE and Backend testflows
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to peers and management
  • Ability to build consensus and collaboration with Design, other PE groups, TD, and Test Probe Central Engineering (TPCE)
  • Experience with shell scripts and data extraction of production data
  • uMATE & wafer bench data gathering experience
  • Experience and understanding of MFG process flows / Layout / Defect analysis
  • Experience with Automated Test Equipment (C1D, Advantest, AMBYX…) is a plus
  • Full-chip simulation experience a plus
  • Analog circuit design and/or verification experience a plus
