Responsibilities:

  • Provide Flash Process Integration PI inline/end of line test data analysis and issue datamining support.
  • Track and respond to specific data trends. Write data analysis reports for varying NAND and NOR parts.
  • Collaborate directly with diverse engineer teams for feedback and direction on data analysis, and help identify potential process conversions
  • Own specific data analysis scripting improvements and testing.

 

Education:

  • Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science with scripting experience preferred.
