As a Lot Expeditor, you will be viewed as a technical resource for all SIC ( Site Inventory Control) priority lots within Fab 6. You will coordinate these lots to go thru the line effectively and efficiently through all areas of Fab 6.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Supporting priority lot movement through all areas of Fab 6 by
    • Monitoring equipment performance
    • Monitoring spc charts and DTS cases
    • Writing qdrs
    • Validating tool quals
    • Processing maintenance
    • Troubleshooting area issues / monitoring area efficiency                                                                
    • Monitoring constraints
    • Analyzing area issues
    • Maintaining priority lot list
    • Provide forecast of priority lot arrival to process areas
    • Escalating unresolved issues
    • Performing lot dispositions
    • Minimizing the impact to the utilization of tools while running priority lots
    • Ensuring there is enough capacity released at workstations to run priority lots
    • Monitoring holds and hold trends to address incoming MES or GeRM hold issues
    • Interpreting and analyzing SWRs to ensure prompt lot processing
  • Communicating effectively with Area Reps, PI, PO, leadership
  • Leading/attending the Priority Lot DTM and start of shift meetings
  • Understand common issues that affect priority lot movement(i.e. Diffusion batching, q-times, Photo run restrictions, etc.)
  • Supporting continuous improvement




  • The ability and willingness to be flexible to work any shift and rotate shifts as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting
  • Basic PC skills, including MS Office - Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
