Website Services & Operations Analyst - Ecommerce

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce web support manager to cover the day-to-day operations, maintenance and ongoing improvement of our direct to consumer websites.  Working within the Marketing Team and our website product owner, you will help maintain our websites.  You will be data-driven and performance minded, ensuring projects are prioritized accordingly and optimized to meet our goals. Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential.  The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, curious and informed on industry trends, and comfortable taking ownership of their work in an agile working environment.


Responsibilities at a high level include, tracking and managing website certifications, renewing domains, tracking security roles, inventory updates and general upkeep as needed to our direct to consumer web stores.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage/renew frontend and backend certifications, domains, security roles, ftp services and group access
  • Maintain DNS and zone file configurations
  • Interface and work with Internal organization like Supply Chain, IT, Call Center Support etc. on behalf of CPG team
  • Updates to existing products and new product uploads
  • Inventory updates
  • Manage promotions, banner refresh and build new collections
  • Collaborate with eCommerce analysts, monitoring product sales, site usage and assist in interpreting analytic reports and ROI tag implementation
  • Maintain and support google feed integrations with backend systems



  • University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Knowledge of Google tools and feeds, analytics, and advertisement platform
  • Proven understanding of URL redirects
  • Minimum of 3 years of eCommerce solutions experience with platforms such as Shopify and Digital River
  • Basic foundation in Adobe Suite
  • Advanced troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Time management skills, a self-starter with an eye to details
