Center of Excellence Manager—Micron Consumer Products Group

The COE (Center of Excellence) Manager will play a critical role working with the Micron CPG Marketing and Technologies Teams in developing and fostering a Center of Excellence center in India. The COE Manager will help drive the digital transformation of CPG and deliver the products and solutions in an Agile development model. Working with developers, designers, quality assurance analysts, and business stakeholders daily to quickly define, build, test and iterate on internal and external customer facing features delivered through various platforms.

The COE Manager will also have responsibilities to drive the business adoption of the tools and guide a team to deliver growth (Direct sales and Where to Buy Referral) for its e-commerce web sites.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital product strategy and roadmap by working with cross-functional (business, design, development, and other product owners) teams to determine alignment with corporate strategy, functional plans, revenue objectives, and user needs
  • Build relationships and identify with stakeholders across the organization, and serve as liaison between business and technology teams
  • Manage and cultivate vendor/partner relationships
  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences; communicate and influence peers and leaders across the entire cross-functional and cross-segment stakeholder group
  • Responsible for providing creative and experience leadership/approval for digital products (consumer and enterprise applications)
  • Maintain expert knowledge of digital products, using an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for testing and product enhancements
  • Use a critical eye to examine and streamline work flows and processes within the team, to increase efficiency
  • Drive projects and tasks to completion by proactively identifying potential roadblocks and collaborating with peers from business and technology
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience


 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, with MBA preferred and/or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience in leading large off-shore team with multiple domains.
  • Experience in consumer electronics sector and digital marketing highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to speak on a technical level and communicate clearly with developers and engineers
  • Strong interest in the learning, and in improving how consumers across the sector consume and interact with our platform and content
