Senior Physical Verification Engineer

In this role as a Senior Physical Verification Engineer in Micron’s Non-Volatile Engineering Group, you will be responsible for crafting next generation products for Micron using the newest technology. You will also work with design teams across various fields in helping developing a robust design practices for predictable and accelerated sign-off

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • All Physical verification activities of multi-power-domain SoCs
  • Experience in early identification and isolation of PV issues in large, sub-nano meter technology layout/floorplan
  • Come up with innovative methods to faster TAT and directed tests.
  • Experience in writing customized recipe/scripts to accelerate the PV or run directed tests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7years of dedicated experience in Physical verification of custom/semi-custom/digital layouts
  • Has owned PV of at least three SoC tapeout hands-on.
  • Very proficient in Mentor graphics/Cadence EDA tools
  • Ability to write customized command/rule decks
  • Proficient in Tcl, Perl
  • Excellent analytical, debug skills
  • Shown ability to collaborate in a multi-functional environment, cross-site or cross-time zone
