We are looking for a talented, driven Salesforce Software Engineer to join our Information Technology team and help us build our Salesforce platform to further delight our customers. 



  • Drive high business value projects by coordinating and negotiating solutions for complex, cross-functional enterprise systems with multiple parties and interests leveraging the Salesforce platform and integration with other systems
  • Independently lead and successfully deliver project engagements through design, development, testing and solutions deployment
  • Manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including sales, marketing, legal, and global quality to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
  • Manage and develop code to support business requirements
  • Seek ways to utilize Salesforce to improve process and productivity

  • Keep up with the latest industry research to ensure we are appropriately leveraging new technologies while aligning with internal standards
  • Strong object-oriented design and Java programming skills
  • Enterprise application development experience with J2EE application servers, preferably WebLogic or JBoss
  •  ​​​​​​​Experience with Oracle, SQL required; Performance tuning is a plus
  • Good understanding of browser and servlet-based application structure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Unix or Linux preferred  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Candidates should have 3+ years of development experience as well as experience in CRM systems integration with large, complex third-party solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce standard functionality and features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
  • Skilled in requirements analysis, business process understanding, technical solution design, data analysis and migration and integration, designing solutions in accordance to best practices
  • Candidates should possess excellent problem solving, debugging and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of architecture and data model
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agile/scrum



  • A four-year degree or more in Computer Science, BSEE, MIS or a related field
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
