We are looking for a talented, driven, execution oriented trailblazer to join our Information Technology team and help us build our Sales capabilities to further delight our customers.   Working on this team, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and support software based on different software architecture models, using standard development tools and other in-house software frameworks using a broad set of technologies.  You will be focused on our SAP platform and support acceleration of the sales systems that drive our multi-billion-dollar business.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Drive high business value projects by coordinating and negotiating solutions for complex, cross-functional enterprise systems with multiple parties and interests leveraging the full power of the SAP platform and integration with other systems
  • Independently lead and successfully deliver project engagements through build, test and solutions deployment
  • Manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale
  • Perform requirements analysis, technical solution design, data analysis and migration and integration, designing and implementing solutions in accordance to best practices
  • Implement third party solutions by working with vendors and determine how to integrate solutions into the current business environment

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of direct hands-on experience in an SAP ECC environment: SAP SD/MM/PM/PP 
  • Experience with Integration between ERP Systems and 3rd Party Applications
  • Object Oriented Programming experience in ABAP  
  • Experience with HANA database and views
  • Knowledge of Databases, Server Setups, Hardware analysis, and Performance tuning  
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Candidates should possess excellent problem solving, analytical, and debugging skills
  • Experience with enterprise integration and ETL tools
  • High aptitude to learn the business processes in a new domain
  • Deep order to cash and best-known method knowledge (BKM)
  • Experience as a key team member on at least one full implementation cycle
  • Self-motivated and outcome oriented
  • Capability to build strong rapport with customer groups
  • Experience in collaborating with team members to drive results
  • Ability to work independently with short deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in agile/scrum
  • Experience with application lifecycle development (ALM) standards, processes and tools
  • Experience working in a global team environment and maintaining relationships
  • Experience with UX/UI is a plus
  • Test driven development experience is a plus
  • Master Data Management experience is a plus

    Education:

B.A. or B.S. degree in CIS/MIS or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
