IT Software Asset Management Tool Administrator

As a Software Asset Management Tool Administrator, you are a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for bringing data together to provide insights and to enable decision making throughout our enterprise and across our software asset lifecycle. Located at our Hyderabad India site.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Maintain the software asset management tool.

· Document and manage tool upgrades.

· Create and maintain data connectors for the Software Asset Management tool.

· Identify and remediate any gaps in the data provided by the data connectors.

· Identify and remediate any gaps within discovery data.

· Help drive continuous improvement across the data integration.

 

Requirements:

 

· Experience with maintaining a Software Asset Management tool and performing upgrades.

· Experience with software discovery such as BMC Discovery, SCCM, or another.

· Experience with database technologies such as MSSQL or other SQL query languages.

· Experience with scripting language. PowerShell, Perl, or Python.

· Experience with software metering.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
