Job Description

You will be responsible for finding opportunities and implementing tactics for streamlining, and continually improving activities related to the processes. We will support you in nurturing a culture of quality by handling key process performance, linking process performance to strategy, and ensuring consistent execution. You will keep the partners involved and communicate necessary process and procedural changes to team members who perform process functions, and support behaviors that contribute to sustaining improvements.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Measure, update and report on process performance based on the right metrics.
  • Determine and provide metrics and status reports for management review.
  • Manage process and procedure improvements and promote process health.
  • Coordinate or lead process design teams by considering feedback from partners.
  • Track, evaluate, and drive process improvements and concerns.
  • Collaborate and draft to produce process materials with teams.
  • Collaborate to determine the best way to provide improvements and process enhancements to the affected team members.
  • Participate in the development of process training documentation and media such as Process Best Practices and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
  • Build and maintain process web sites.
  • Drive behaviors that ensure process adoption and compliance.
  • Present and explain the process in operational and team meetings.
  • Be the consultant and domain expert for the process and tool usage.
  • Monitor and correct process non-compliance. Ensure process compliance to internal and external auditors to meet regulatory compliance.
  • Train and mentor process users, partners, and practitioners.
  • Evaluate tools and recommend tool changes by self, users and partners which are necessary to execute the process.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for tool changes and upgrades.

  • Visualize potential problems and solutions without needing tangible, “real-life” examples. Can discuss and project the aspects and impacts of issues and decisions.

Education

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Computer Information Systems
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Business
  • Related field of study

Experience

Required

5-years’ experience in any of the following:

  • Working in an IT organization or ITIL equivalent framework
  • Worked on ServiceNow and/or BMC Remedy
  • Has good understanding or worked on one or more of the below processes:
    • Change Management
    • Incident Management
    • Knowledge management
    • CMDB
    • Quality Management
    • Audit etc.
       

Desired

2-year experience in any of the following:

  • Project Management
  • Supervisory experience
  • Service management or service delivery
  • Generating and analyzing metrics
  • Worked on BMC Remedy ITSM
  • Experience with BMC Remedy Atrium
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience with SQL Reporting Tools

Qualifications

  • The capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment.
  • The ability to work independently and meet timeframes.
  • Can influence without authority
