1. Bachelor degree (or above) major in Information Technology related fields and experienced in Windows (Windows 7/10), PC software and hardware maintenance.

2. Familiar with Windows operating system installation, operation, patch and troubleshooting including LAN TCP/IP knowledge for problem investigation.

3. Strong analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills of Microsoft Windows/Office 365/PC are essential on the job.

4. Achieving IT-related certificates is preferable, such as MCSE or CCNA.

5. Effective Chinese and English oral and written communication skills

6. Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferable.

7. Need to participate in on-call duty.


1.  學士(含)以上之資訊相關系所畢業,俱備Windows 7/10、電腦軟體及硬體維護經驗。

2.  熟悉微軟Windows作業系統的安裝、操作、修補及故障排除,包括問題研究相關的LAN TCP/IP知識。

3.  針對微軟Windows/Office 365/PC具備分析、解決問題等能力。

4.  具備資訊相關證照者佳,例如MCSE或CCNA等。

5.  俱備中/英文口語和書寫溝通能力。

6.  俱備製造業工作經驗者佳。

7.  需參與on-call輪職。



1. You will be responsible for Windows, PC and asset management to provide day-to-day technical support to employees for computer systems software and hardware.

2. You will support the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and administration for Windows, PC software and hardware assets.

3. You will be expected to leverage Corporate standards to provide high-level customer services, including:

    - Training programs designed to educate an organization’s employee as new employee orientation program

    - Provide diverse IT supports as needed for specific business areas

    - Maintain an expert level of computer literacy including a working knowledge of the Operating Systems

4. You will work with world-wide Corporate teams to implement new solutions and meet business requirements.
